The Data Terminal creates a new file on every day at midnight. This is done automatically.
The files are stored in the folder which is created in the folder "New Well".
For example contains the folder of the well Karacali-5 the files shown here.
Karacali-5 contains 48 files with total of 17,8 MB. The length of the data telegram from GEOCOMP-2 to Data Terminal is defined and always the same regardless if less parameters are connected to GEOCOMP-system.
Therefore the amount of Mbytes needed for one well is defined by the time the well takes only.
The amount of data from one well can be stored on one CDROM. The CDROM writer is installed in the Data Terminal computer.
For selecting the sections to be printed out one has two options:
After having chosen the desired part printing may start in every format and on pages or on endless paper.
Every time exists the possibility to have every drilling section shown on the screen of the DATA TERMINAL, in numeric manner or in lines.
