Function

The compact design of the Mud Condition Sensor (MCS) permits the logging of the following parameters:

MUD TEMPERATURE
MUD WEIGHT
MUD Conductivity
pH of MUD

Characteristic

The measuring principles are as follows:

PT 100
differential pressure
electrical induction
potential difference

As a result of many years experience the design permits easy mounting and dismounting of the MCS as well as easy cleaning during operation.

The selected technologies and materials guarantee long trouble free working.

The calibration is realized on GEOCOMP-3 and the calibration data are stored in the back up memory of the GEOCOMP-3.

Recording

All parameters are printed versus depth and time.

Display

All parameters are displayed on the screen of GEOCOMP-3 and on DATA TERMINAL.
